The company was founded in 1998 with a vision to produce and distribute frozen food products for the retail and food-service-sector. $20 million was invested in building our state-of-the-art factory and cold stores which is ISO9002 certified by German TUV body.

In its 1st 2 years of operation ,the company steadily built its domestic sales and exports, primarily the result of innovative merchandising and TQM programs implemented throughout the last two quarters of 1999. As a result, exports increased by 38% during the first half of 2000.
