Margarine is produced from a mixture of palm olein and other
vegetables oils, water and flavors . It is used in food industries
especially pastries , biscuits and bakeries. It is packed in
cartons of 1 kg , 5kg and 10 kg .
Fatty acid
It is a by- product of refining palm oil and is used in soap
manufacturing.
Stearin
It is a derivative of palm olein and is used in both food
industries and in soap manufacturing.
